The allegations attributed to KVK are without merit, and we intend to vigorously defend our company and its good name as this process moves forward. We will not comment further other than to say that the allegations relate to events that occurred a decade ago and at no time ever implicated product quality or patient safety, because the product has always met all quality specifications. We look forward to having the truth heard in a fair and impartial forum. In the meantime, our work producing the highest quality products will continue.
