Training Coordinator 7/22

KVK Tech is looking for QA Training Coordinators to join our team in Newtown PA.

This position’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  1. Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
  2. Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
  3. Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
  4. Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks
  5. Map out training plans for individual employees
  6. Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
  7. Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching

We are looking for applicants with:

1. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Science field

2. At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred

3. Previous experience working as a Training Coordinator role is preferred

4. Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments

5. Proficient using Microsoft Suite
