Manufacturing Operator – Weighing & Blending – 1st & 2nd shift

KVK Tech is looking for Weighing and Blending Operators to join our team in Newtown PA.

This position’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

1. Ensure the proper set-up and operation of standard pharmaceutical process equipment such as Granulators, Blenders, Mills, Mixing tanks and ancillary equipment (Ex. weighing scales, sampling thief’s)
2. Perform all in-process testing, sampling and inspections as required by the Master Batch Record(i.e. sampling, loss of drying, etc.)
3. Clean and sanitize equipment and manufacturing rooms including walls, floors, and ceilings per current SOPs.
4. Ensure proper execution of Master Batch Records, standard operating procedures and validation protocols.
5. Ensure accurate completion of equipment logs.
