Chemists (Newtown, PA) – Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with FDA/ICH Guidelines using LC-MS/MS; Develop analytical and validation methods using UPLC, HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometer, Dissolution apparatus, Quality management, Chemstation, Class-VP, QBD, Polarimeter, Refractometer, Mass spectroscopy, and Laser Diffraction (LD) Particle Size analyzer; Work with formulation in the analytical characterization of new drug products; Execute and review analytical method validation and cleaning validation protocols and reports; Prepare test solutions and procedures in accordance with SOPs; Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
Must have a Master’s Degree or its equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years experience inclusive of 2 years experience in job offered or as Scientist or Research Associate in pharmaceutical industry) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Science plus 2 years experience in job offered or as Scientist or Research Associate in pharmaceutical industry. Require skills and knowledge of UPLC, LC-MS/MS, Quality management, ICH Guidelines, QBD, Dissolutions, MASS spectroscopy.
