Chemist (Newtown, PA): Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with FDA/ICH Guidelines using LC-MS/MS; Develop analytical and validation methods using UPLC, HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometer, Dissolution apparatus, Quality management, ChemStation, Class-VP, QBD, Polarimeter, Refractometer, Mass spectroscopy, and Laser Diffraction (LD) Particle Size analyzer; Work with formulation in the analytical characterization of new drug products; Execute and review analytical method validation and cleaning validation protocols and reports; Prepare test solutions and procedures in accordance with SOPs; Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments. Bachelor’s deg. (or foreign equiv. deg.) in Chem., Pharm., or rel. + 2 yrs pharm. sci. exp. in calibration of lab equip., design exp. plans/pre-formulations; controlled release, audit/review data/lab books.
